Licensing questions
What's the difference between the licences?
You get the same materials either way. The licence is the permission: Personal covers only you. Team lets you share it with your own staff. Training lets you teach it to groups.
I own a small business with 6 staff. Which do I need?
If you'll hand out copies or use it in team meetings, the Team licence. If you'll run a session where you teach it, the Training licence.
I bought a personal copy. Can I upgrade?
Yes. Buy a Team or Training licence from your account — if you already own a Team licence outright, its price is credited toward Training.
Should I pay monthly or once?
Monthly is the low-cost way to start: your team gets full access for as long as you're subscribed, and you can cancel any time. Paying once costs more up front but you keep the licence forever — and it works out cheaper if you'll use it for more than about 8 months. Monthly subscribers can switch to owning it outright at any time, and the monthly billing stops.
What happens if I cancel a monthly licence?
You and your team keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. After that, staff access, live classroom sessions and licensed downloads stop. Your team list is kept, so if you subscribe again everyone's access comes straight back.
Can I deliver it to my paying clients as a consultant?
Not with these licences — they cover training inside your own organisation. Ask us about a consultant or multi-site licence.
How do people know I'm licensed?
Every PDF you download is stamped with your organisation's name and licence number, and you get a printable licence certificate.
